Lucinda is a fashion brand from San Francisco.
I worked on redesigning an e-commerce fashion website, creating mockups and functional specifications for about a dozen pages that would be implemented in Shopify.

The process included research, wireframes, prototypes, design, final specifications, and documentation.

I built a flexible system that lets teams create pages on the fly — 50/50 layouts, hero banners, and carousels that can easily be stacked and rearranged. I also locked in color combinations, visual treatments, and padding for each module to ensure a unified system within the CMS.
